Whether it’s your first reformer class or you’re ready to push past your limits, our studios in Narrabeen, Avalon, Cromer, Newport and Frenchs Forest are all about supporting you every step of the way. ✨ Big news: our brand-new Newport Infrared Mat Studio is officially OPEN! Think Pilates meets infrared heat = deep strength, detox, and all the glowing goddess energy. ✨ And over at Frenchs Forest, we’ve levelled up - say hello to our dual-studio space with its own Infrared Mat studio plus Reformer room. Double the energy, double the feels. From beginner-friendly classes to strength & resistance burners (and everything in between!), there’s a class designed just for you. And when you’re done? Melt into our Infrared Saunas (available at all locations except Newy) to recover, recharge, and leave with that post-Pilates glow. 💖 Feels is more than Pilates - we are your Pilates Cheerleaders! NOT JUST PILATES
We at Feels Pilates are passionate about enhancing the health and wellbeing of our clients through treatments that supplement the benefits of Pilates. All of our studios (except Newy) house a state-of-the-art Sunlighten™ Infrared Sauna that is available for Feels Pilates clients to book through the App. For those of you needing a shower after your workout, we have showers at our Avalon, Cromer & Frenchs Forest studios.

The Feels Pilates app is available on both Apple & Android phones. Here you can see our schedule, buy your monthly packages, 12 month packages, memberships & private sessions. Book into all of your classes & cancel classes via the app! You can even track the classes you attend and see your progress.
