NOT JUST PILATES
We at Feels Pilates are passionate about enhancing the health and wellbeing of our clients through treatments that supplement the benefits of Pilates. Our Avalon, Narrabeen & Frenchs Forest studios house a state-of-the-art Sunlighten™ Infrared Sauna that is available for Feels Pilates clients to book through the App. For those of you needing a shower after your workout, we have showers at our Avalon, Cromer & Frenchs Forest studios.

The Feels Pilates app is available on both Apple & Android phones. Here you can see our schedule, buy your monthly packages, 12 month packages, memberships & private sessions. Book into all of your classes & cancel classes via the app! You can even track the classes you attend and see your progress.
