Situated in the heart of Avalon, this was the second studio to join the Feels Pilates family - and she’s full of personality. Vibrant, cosy, and bursting with good vibes, our 12-reformer boutique space feels like home from the moment you walk in.
With classes starting bright and early at 5:30am, you’ll be moving, laughing, and lifting your energy before most people have even hit snooze. And the community? It’s pure Beaches magic - warm, welcoming, and always cheering you on.

Location & Parking
We are located in main Avalon, behind the old laundromat (locals know), or for those not familiar, right behind the new Freckles for Kids location. To access, go down the lane next to Sun Suites Offices stairs (grey building), through our gate and you will find us! You can also access us from Edmund Hock Ave. There is 1 hour parking all through Avalon, or for an extended stay, please park up on the Avalon Beach hill or up Avalon Pde.
