The latest gem in the Feels Pilates family, our Newport studio is pure sunshine on the Northern Beaches - right across from the beach, which means you can roll out of class and into coastal bliss in seconds. This studio is fully dedicated to the infrared-mat experience: think heated Pilates flows, HIIT classes, and yoga flows in the warmth where you sweat, detoxify, and glow from the inside out.
If you’re craving that next-level “mat feels”, this is it. Also, because we know you like options, if you want to add reformer work you’re just as welcome to swing by our Narrabeen or Avalon studios. Bonus: pop next door to Friends Cafe Rusti Fig after your class for a smoothie or coffee, then hit the beach for a full good-vibes reset.
Our classes start at 5.30am, so you can get your sweat on before everyone wakes up!

Location & Parking
Located next door to Rusti Fig Cafe and just near Coles. Parking can be on the street or the council car park on the beach side of Barrenjoey Road, behind The Honest Chicken.
