CLIENT INJURY & STRENUOUS EXERCISE
I understand that classes may be physically strenuous and I voluntarily participate in them with full knowledge that there is risk of personal injury or death. I agree to inform the trainer in my booked class of any new or old injuries that they need to know about so they can modify any exercise needed. I am aware that I should not push myself through an exercise if I have an injury and to stop the exercise if I feel pain in my body, as this could cause further injury. If I am short of breath, feel dizzy or unwell, I will stop the class. I take responsibility of my own well being and take responsibility for myself, I will listen to the symptoms that I feel in my body and promise to inform the trainer if I am unfit to continue the class. I will ask for help from the trainer in charge if I need it or leave the studio and see a doctor if it is needed. I agree that neither I, my heirs, assigns or legal representatives will sue or make any other claims of any kind whatsoever against Feels Pilates or its members for any personal injury, property damage/loss, or wrongful death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
