Is Reformer Pilates suitable for beginners?
Absolutely! Reformer Pilates is adaptable for all fitness levels. For beginners, our certified trainers ensure personalized attention, guiding you through the basics and helping you get comfortable with the equipment. As you progress, you can then gradually advance your routines. Every class is structured to ensure participants feel supported and confident.
How do the classes cater to different fitness levels?
Our classes are designed with variety in mind. We categorize sessions based on intensity and complexity, from beginner to advanced. This structure ensures that everyone from novices to seasoned Pilates enthusiasts find a class that challenges yet nurtures them. Furthermore, our trainers are always on hand to offer modifications or advancements in exercises, ensuring you get the most out of every session.
What should I bring/wear to my first class?
For your first class, wear comfortable and form-fitting exercise attire that allows you to move freely. Avoid excessively loose clothing, as it can get caught in the equipment. Grip socks are recommended for safety, but if you don't have them, they're available for purchase at the studio. Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated, and we'll take care of the rest, providing all necessary equipment and a welcoming environment!

Avalon
We are located in main Avalon, behind the old laundromat (locals know), or for those not familiar, right behind the new Freckles for Kids location. To access, go down the lane next to Sun Suites Offices stairs (grey building), through our gate and you will find us! You can also access us from Edmund Hock Ave. There is 1 hour parking all through Avalon, or for an extended stay, please park up on the Avalon Beach hill or up Avalon Pde.

There is plenty of street parking on Skyline Place & Bimbadeen Crescent. We also have car parking under the Jardin Building, any of the carparks that are not marked with Visitor or other commercial residents are free to use.

NORTHERNERS: Turn right onto GONDOLA RD, turn LEFT onto Minarto Lane, to park in the back streets or car park. SOUTHERNERS: Park out the front on the main road (there is no clear way) or turn left at RICKARD ROAD for parking on the back streets or carpark.
