This class is for all levels of fitness and is programmed towards beginner to advanced clients. However, if this is your first time to Reformer Pilates or you are coming back from an injury we strongly advise that you attend Beginner Feels before All The Feels.
All The Feels is a strong and challenging class offering with a focus on inclusivity and form. Get ready for a full body workout with all the good stuff about Pilates included; strength, flexibility, control and coordination. As this is our most common class time offered our instructors will ensure that every exercise has beginner to advanced modifications so everyone can exercise to the best of their ability.
