Beginner Feels is our gentler offering. This class is for people who have never done Reformer Pilates before, who are looking for a little more support, coming back from an injury or are just searching for a slower paced class.
Instructors will deep dive into the basics of Pilates and will provide a full body workout while teaching you all the important principles of Pilates. We strive to create a supportive, safe and fun class to either slow down and enjoy or to begin building the pillars of your strength.
