What to bring?

You will need to bring a towel and if you are more comfortable in swimmers, bring those to wear. You will need to sit on a towel while using the sauna. You also will need plenty of water to stay hydrated during and after your sweat sesh! We have shower facilities at Avalon, Frenchs Forest and Cromer.

How to book?

Booking a sauna session is simple and easy on the Feels Pilates app. Just like booking a pilates class, the sauna sessions require credits to book via the timetable on the app. Each session is 50 minutes, but you can finish up earlier you like.
