Our instructors will give different levels of spring intensity so you can find the right load to challenge yourself safely.

One key approach we use is taking your muscles to the 80% intensity threshold. This means pushing your muscles hard enough that they’re working at about 80% of their maximum capacity (failure). It’s an effective way to stimulate muscle growth and strength development without overexertion or injury.

  • Heavy Spring Resistance: The Reformer’s adjustable springs provide the resistance training needed to target specific muscle groups and build strength at a sustainable pace.
