This is our answer to HIIT. Working in a circuit format we include the reformer and mat incorporating pilates, strength and cardio exercises. With minimal rest we try to keep each client moving the whole 50 minutes through clusters of exercises broken up between short rests and fast cardio bursts. This is our fastest paced offering to ensure that our members are getting their 75 – 150 minutes of cardio in per week so get ready to sweat and get those endorphins up.
