You asked for it, and we’ve brought the heat – literally. We’re beyond excited to launch our brand-new Hot Mat Pilates classes at our Frenchs Forest studio, and trust us, this one is a total game-changer.

This isn’t just any mat Pilates class – it’s Mat Pilates supercharged with the incredible benefits of infrared heat. Think: sweaty, empowering, full-body movement that leaves you feeling strong, detoxified, and glowing from the inside out.

So… what exactly is Hot Mat Pilates?

Our Heated Mat Pilates sessions combine traditional mat Pilates with the powerful effects of infrared heating, gently warming the room to around 30 degrees. It’s the perfect temperature to increase your heart rate, stimulate your metabolism, and seriously enhance your workout results.

Expect 45 minutes of guided movement in a small group of just 8 people, so you can feel supported, challenged, and seen (without being crowded).

You’ll flow through a sequence of core-shaking, leg-trembling exercises designed to build strength, increase flexibility, and improve posture – all while working up a delicious sweat.

As this is a heated class, it is not suitable for pregnant women.
