Strength Feels pilates class

Strength Feels is exactly that, strength. Removing any stability and control challenges to maximise strength gains. Throughout this class we work in small clusters of exercises that work antagonists or different muscle groups focusing on low reps and heavy springs. Throughout the class we work on learning the springs and understanding how to reach our maximum strength in exercises. This class is inclusive to everyone but is particularly important for women looking to improve bone density as they get older.
