This is our slowest and most calming class, providing an opportunity for our you to have 50 minutes to yourself to relax, unwind and stretch out your body. We try to create an atmosphere and flow that ensures you float out of the studio. Instructors will stretch and flow you through all planes of movement focusing on spinal stretches (think lots of rotation) and provide a lot of opportunities to stretch out the front side of the body including chest and hip flexors that can be left feeling tight after a day or week sitting at desk.
